My Motherboard - Zeb H61 CPU - I3 3220 RAM - 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz GPU - GT 610 2GB DDR3 OS - Win.7 64Bit HDD - Seagate Barracuda 500GB PSU - FSP 300-60THA

My mb have 4 sata ports and 2 are free,and i have one hdd and one dvd rw,so it means i can add 2 hdd's ? If so is there size limit too(like max. 2tb) ?? And will i need better psu for that ?? I have generic 300w psu.
