Thanks So you are using the iGPU on the CPU? What cooler do you have installed? Roblox is known for CPU spikes, do you have the same problem with other loads on the cpu e.g. games?

HI Afaik it should work on the "4th gen pci slot" it's backward compatible, i would suspect the issue to be with your mobo or mobo firmware Do you have a spare gpu that you can test in the "4th" gen slot? Maybe form a friend/sibling? Also updating your bios could help
