Hey dudes, i want to OC my FX6300.. On stock cooling. I have a GA-78LMT-S2P mobo. I want to go from the 3.5 to maybe 3.8? Doi just change the multiplier on the Bios? And, is it safe? And will it actually give me any performance increases? Thanks!

Will i have to bump the voltage? im a real newbie to OC'ing. And will the 3.8/4 give me any performance gains whatsoever? I was thinking of the TX3 or 212 Evo yeah. But this is just for the moment.

It definetly isn't a bottleneck, and I am not installing windows 8.1 as i don't have the money and Windows 7 serves me better. I have 16gb of ram. I think its a heat issue. But i don't know..

I haven't overclocked ever, And okay. But when it does cool down. I open the game once again and it lags out still. After playing my computer also freezes when selecting multiple files and folders to copy, move or delete. Help?
