Buy the cheapest one, because the difference would not be worth 55$ CAD. That said, 3200mhz and 3600mhz is a much smaller difference (almost no difference in gaming) than that between cl16 vs cl18. cl16 3200mhz that is 55$ cheaper than cl18 3600mhz would be the better buy about 99.99% of the time.
