yes, the pump is connected to PSU. its only 12 watt though.

I don't think the problem is PSU. I unplugged my hd and 2 fans, I still got the same problem. I tried to reinstall my windows 7. It was fine until I installed my driver for GPU, so I guess the problem is with GPU's driver or software? What do you think? I forgot to mention, my computer was...
