Mines got same clocks as urs in GPUZ but if I enable with MSI Gaming App it has Advertised clocks of 1279. My old MSI 970 did the same thing it is intended feature by MSI.

Kk was just having a joke buddy. Then yeah its the msi gaming app get it downloaded and switch it to oc mode am not gonna bother its doing fine for me :D

U also need to download MSI Gaming App and put it in OC Mode but I would get a PSU with the correct pin connectors first as mentioned above. Don't spend £600 on a card and then cheap out on the psu it deserver better lol :D Just got mine today was quite impressed My old 970 Sli setup...
