Okay. So, i unplugged the vandal switch i was using, and it booted. :/ i guess it was the switch.

I have a picopsu 150xt and an i5 7600k in it. I plug in the brick, hit the power button, and.... Nothing. No fans, no lights (except the power button). This isn't my first build either. Cooler is properly seated, CPU and ATX power plugged in, cpu fan plugged in, ram seated properly, etc.

I will be working with the thermaltake surpressor f1. I need matching components. Also, it needs to be kept to air cooling. Take the case out of the budget, and there is 650 left for parts. GPU is a must. Does not need to be powerful, but best bang for buck. NEEDS FX PROCCESOR. THANKS, qw1234
