I have a PSU that supplies 220W max, constantly, a Voltron pro 225x The thing is it is divided into 3v, 5v and 12v rails, each with a maximum output rating (all individually under 200W) I am wondering if the "maximum output rating" is Maximum under computer usage, or is a hard ceiling that i...
