I figured it out. Bad HDD connection caused the glitches after all.

If i boot from a usb drive, the system (linux) can see all hds (ssd+hd) perfectly, but then even if i install a new system from usb, bios doesn't see any boot devices, as well as SSD (which contains all OSs). This started to happen after i've fixed cooler. If the HDs wouldn't be accessible even...
