    You have to move the standoffs to the right position for the board you are installing... Take it out and align the standoff in the case for your ATX board. remove all others...

    'm sure a good 450 watt psu will be fine. The 7770 doesn't draw that mush power... If you are going to overclock that BE, A 550 watt psu would be better.

    I'm going to guess that the GPU portion of the APU gets disabled by putting in an Nvidia video card... could be wrong though.

    So... The OP said games ran fine with the current setup and all of a sudden something happened to cause lag. While I agree that the CPU is weak, It doesn't mean that a new cpu will fix the problem. ( A new cpu and board with a fresh win install might do it!)
