My build has most of the parts. just need the main stuff. a cpu, and motherboard. i need it to support ddr3 and i am on a budget. decided gpu is a gt 1030 and i have a vga monitor but i have a display adapter already picked out. i have a budget of 140.

people say the 860k which isnt as good as the 870k pairs well with the 1050 so i think the gpu will max out most of the time now that i put extra thought into it. so my gpu might bottleneck it.

i cant find any benchmarks of the x4 870k with a gt 1030 in general and i need to know how well it works together.

i need a good trustworthy DVI-D or HDMI to VGA converter because i am getting a gtx 1030 that doesn't have a vga cable and i don't have the money to upgrade my monitor.

i already have the 400w psu and i need a cheap build. i want to aim for the r7 250 because i dont need demanding games or demanding graphics at the moment. what i need to know is if i can put a r7 250 2gb in a hp 8000 elite and still have room for a 400w psu.
