Wtf? When I close MSI Afterburner, it turns off all my settings for fan speeds and goes into low fan mode. I have to keep it open

Recently bought the NZXT S340 case. I currently have 2 intake fans at the front and 1 out back and 1 out top of case. I have all my fans on the speeds they normally are currently, and CPU temperature is perfectly normal. On idle, no matter what fan speed on intake or GPU, it IDLES at 45-48C. 10...
