Anyone know how to control the fan speed of a graphics card? It keeps making the fan noise and will not stop - even if I'm just casually roaming the web or playing games online.

Okay, so I know what the problem is. My graphics card is loose in the PCI slot and I cannot tighten the bolts anymore. IT seems to be that the case is a bit larger than it should be, as in the GPU needs to go into the slot more, but cannot reach. Anyone know a solution that could fix this...
