Do they even sell reduced-wattage CPUs like the 4590T (35W) I have in my current fanless build anymore?

The compatibility tool will tell you you are not able to upgrade if you only have a TPM 1.2 module, but you will actually be able to. Windows will just give you a warning that it's 'not advised'.
Same with older generation CPUs.

Yeah it is, that’sa good idea actually. However i think I’m at the limit of PCIe Lane useage just now unless I want to split the GPU lanes down.
Annoying that the onboard slot isn’t working though. The fact it’s much slower than the SATA SSD indicates something is wrong? Even if it’s only PCIe...
