Lower resolution sizes won't match my laptop's monitor size

This occurs especially during games, my native resolution is 1366x768 but whenever I choose a lower resolution than that in games, the size of the game on the screen becomes smaller than my laptop's display/screen. Why does this happen? Is it a laptop issue only? My older laptop had the same...

    Overclocking Biostar G31M + E5700

Hi, I have a Biostar G31M motherboard and an Intel E5700 and for some reason I can't overclock it. I simply can't change the "CPU Frequency Setting" option which seems to be the one I should change in order to overclock my CPU. It is defaulted at 200 and it can't be changed for some reason. The...

    Overclocking a Pentium D 805 past 3.2Ghz

    Overclocking a Pentium D 805 past 3.2Ghz

Alright, not ok! :-( I've downloaded AIDA64 and it seems that the max multiplier I can use is 20(x160). So I guess there's no point trying to go over it, or is there?

Easy way to update the BIOS?

I have a Gigabyte Ga31-G31M-ES2L and have never updated a BIOS in my life. I'd like to know what's the easiest way of updating my BIOS and if that's really necessary or if it's going to improve my system in any way. I've seen on the Gigabyte site that there is a newer(by about 7 months) BIOS...
