That Happen to me also with my new Build in 2017. When I encountered this problem. I Updated all MY drivers. But When I changed the RAM , It fixed :) Try Changing your RAM Sticks. But if it crashes Again then that should be your Driver Issue.

I changed my RAM, GPU, CPU, and also the motherboard and PSU, i mean i bought a new PC. But thx for you solution, when I checked that my Router's connected wires, then I saw the main wire comming from the ISP was Loose.

I tried everything, even changed my PC but still Problem.

But i used to had more than 5 MBPS. this problem started from March.

I have a 1.00 Mbps(Megabytes) connection but when i download it becomes 125 kbps.
