I think it's unlikely to be Apaltek since the pump isn't in the radiator, it is presumed to have a Fly Alpine pump due to its similarities with a Cougar Aqua. Although it also has a striking similarity to the Galahad pump and block from their advertising images and the coldplates seem identical...
