Well my real problem is that I bought a Canopus advc-110 and wan't to digitalze my old VHS tapes. It does not work in Windows 8. I tryed using "compatibility mode" but I don't rly know how to use it. The Canopus advc-110 should however work on Windows 7. I thought about making a dual boot, but...

I am running Windows 8 now and I wan't to install Windows 7. I now have a 4TB HDD which is split in 2 partition (it is however showed as one in disk management?) My question is: Will Windows 7 recognize my 4TB HDD? I'm afraid that it will go lost in the process and I can't make a backup. Thanks
