The PC is absolutely fine and can run the games. But it is very expensive you'd rather off building yourself one cheaper with the same specification or get better brand names and future proofing with same price.

Drivers are not the issue here Savage or Hardware - It is software something is rejecting you to download things. Have you tried going onto Internet Options ? Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options. Try to reset the settings.

If you are choosing to go for iPad Mini which I also recommend. It is highly recommended to buy the iPad Mini 2 because it is such a big improvement from the original one and it is only £20 more. iPad mini 2 or 3 for the win.

If your motherboard is still under warranty, you can simply replace it you lose nothing and gain a brand new mobo :) I think the problem will rely on wrong drivers, wrong BIOS settings or simply the GPU and MOBO is not compatible but that's unlikely.

If you think you need to, the i5 you picked is very well built for gaming.
