When I'm trying to copy (or cut or send) a more than 9 GB '.rar' file in a Transcend 16 GB USB 3.0 pendrive, it shows- there is no disc space! But, after extracting the '.rar' file, the files and folders, which turns out to be somewhere around 11 GB, are easily getting transferred to the same...
