my gpu is ati radeon hd 5450 and i want to increase its dedicated size (512 mb) to full size available... How to do that

my pc configurations are- 1.2 gb ddr3 ram(Samsung) 2.Ati radeon hd 5450 512 mb 3.Amd athlon 2 X2 235e processor Can i play it, because i played far cry 3 very easily on this config given above....... if u suggest me some upgradation please make it quiet low under cost.......if possible...
