How to switch to desktop in Windows 10 while gaming? I tried Alt+TAB but it doesn't working....that only shows the gaming tab...help

I have Sony Vaio f15318 laptop. Graphics 1gb nvidia gtx740m+1gb Intel.I can't go more than 1366×768 resolution in GTA 5 game. The settings shows that's the final max resolution.How can I get 1920×1080 resolution. The display settings in my laptop shows 1366×768 is Maximum.

I have 2gb graphics card.1 GB nvidia gtx740m and 1gb Intel graphics but GTA 5 video memory only showing 969 MB .please help me.I want to use the whole 2gb graphics.

I have Sony Vaio f15318, i5-4th generation. My existing RAM is 4gb-1600mhz-1.35v...I wan to add an extra 4gb RAM....can I combine it with a 1.5v 4gb RAM...will problems arise if I do that?
