Can any one make a suggestions I'm lost at what to do?

Hi, I have a new 3700x on stock settings it fails occt and prime in seconds on small data sets. My ram has been tested and two diffrent sets of ram and I have used this board with a 1700x and 5900x with the same ram no issues Pbo advances eco settings also cause cores to fail I have tried...

I did not realise, I purchased it from Ebuyer on the 20/11/2018 so fingers crossed I still have warranty on it.

Running roblox GPU temp 51c, running on game mode I get no lines in csgo or doom, the lines will appear in the other games if I try any slower preset running full power seems to be ok, ive had this card from new 2 years this week so out of warrenty, to be honest ive hardly even played this year...

My vega 64 shows graphics lines when playing csgo, doom and vega, it does not happen to the desktop only on the game screen, The screen resolution on both the screen and pc are running correctly at 100hz. Capping the frame rate seems to make it worse ive tries about 10 driffrent drivers...
