Its the Corsair CX500. Overclocking is usually fine its just when I try using overdrive I set the multiplier to 20-21 (4-4.3ghz is where I can usually get it with minimal tweaking) and when I check to see the temps it is running at 4.7ghz when I never set it that high.

Some may argue that the eye can see 144hz or higher refresh rates, but the stranded 60 should suit you fine. Higher resolution however, will make a difference.
