OK so I think this was the problem: I decided to reinstall windows on my HDD again. I used it for 2 days and no bsod. Then I tried to install windows on my ssd and windows installer shows 0 mb free. Even in bios my ssd is no longer detected as an intel's one but rather it shows a Sandforce's...

Ok so here what is happening now: during normal use or even in gaming pc first slows down like mouse slows down and becomes unresponsive and then bsod with error: critical process died.

Now a new bsod with memory management.

hmm maybe this could be the case but gaming is just fine, I mean it never happens during gaming. The cpu temps and usage are also fine. My guess was maybe a bad sata port ?

One more thing to note: sometimes the pc crashes while I am using it like browsing the web, it will become slow and start to stutter a little followed by a blue screen.

I installed fresh operating system and secondly memory is seated correctly (I verified again)

It is highly recommend to test your gpu on an other system because if the pc do not restart then it could be either you gpu or psu. Why not just rule out the possibility of gpu failure by testing it on another system?

Most probably it is the psu because the pc restarts it self when put under load. However I will still recommend that you test you gpu in an other pc just to be sure. Have you tried stress testing you pc in furmark. If it crashes instantly then it is the psu most probably.
