Thanks!, by the way Seasonic eco 430 is not faulty, my friend's intel ivy bridge pc works perfectly with it, we ran it for 3+ hours...so basically it is for intel based pc's... And none of my pc part is faulty, my pc runs fine with a old cheap $10 psu which has 35A 5v rail and 30A 3.3v...

Ya tried They didn't say anything about old one, they just said they are sending a new one I am running it at mains Psu runs fine when i join green and black wire, but when i connect to my pc after few seconds pc turns off, plus i saw voltage fluctuation in bios settings, But my pc runs fine...
