    Can hear mouse and moving windows in my speakers

    I have an ASUS MoBo and a GTX 580. upon reading this I went and grabbed my powered USB hub. It is no longer an issue. I had to move where the hub from one USB port to another and it is dead quiet. NO MORE SQUEAL. Others have gotten more technical so I'll just throw this out there. it worked for me.
