Windows XP Pro shows autochk.exe not found. Skipping autoc..

Hi i am Ravikumar can you plz provide the solution for my problem. Actually Whenever I boot my computer, it starts to load and then I get the error message: autochk program not found. skipping autocheck. Then it just starts to reboot completely.
