Yup, they are in sync when I import. And audio and video are 2 separate tracks. Source recording is 1 channel, so I'm duplicating the audio channel to get stereo output. (I did try rendering without duplicating, rendered vid is also out of sync)

Thanks a lot for your detailed replies! I got my mobo and CPU yesterday. I ended up connecting the top and rear fans to the chassis headers, while the front fan with the LEDs directly to the PSU. The wire wasn't long enough to reach the power header anyways. Thanks again!
