my power profile is on ultimate performance and i did the bios reset and also enabled docp to 3000mhz and nothing and that only happens to me in non steam games in pubg for example the game runs perfectly but fortnite or battlefield the gpu usage is always below the cpu one and theyr both low...

my specs: rtx 3070ti ryzen 5 3600 16gb ddr4 3000mhz i need HELP when i play games both cpu and gpu usage are between 20 and 40 sometimes even lower and i dont have alot of fps like i should and i have the same fps on games when theyr on low and ultra i dont understand why i triend everything...
