i found a monitor and it has a weird issue.
There is a green gradient on the left side of the monitor.
I was wondering if i could do an operating system wide gradient on this monitor only.
it also flickers on that side two occasional.
So im doing a build for a family member who wont be maintenance it very often

budget is 650$ max, but preferably under 600$
i would like to know if it will be easy to manage if all the parts will fit together without colliding
there is no such thing as a 4+2 power connector. there is 6 pin, 8 pin, and 6+2 pin. what you probably plugged in your gpu is the eps12v connector, which most likely fried both your gpu and psu. therefore, you should rma the card or get a new one
The titan x was made for people who will keep their pcs for a long long time.3d modelers and renderers can fill up the vram on cards pretty quick. Also, a couple of years ago, 1gb was considered enough for 1080p. Now 2gb is the minimum for 1080p gaming. Hope this answers your questions.
to fix it you will need to buy a 64 bit operating system
here are all the 64 bit versions of windows http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/os/#b=64&sort=a4&page=1
