    All your specs look fine to me and there's no need for an upgrade. What is your budget for a new Graphics card?

    I suggest buying a new Graphics Card. As it will not be easy to test the GPU because of its instaballity and intermittency. If I may ask, for what purposes are you using the Graphics Card?

    Go to: "http://www.3dpchip.com/3dpchip/3dp/chip_down_en.php" and download "3dp chip". Extract and install the software. It will show you your components and you can download the drivers from there. The cause of the problem is most likely the generic drivers you got from windows update.

    I suggest getting yourself a GPU, playing games like Skyrim without a GPU will put a high load on your CPU and RAM, which will shorten the lifetime of those components.
