I have a Asrock EP2C602-4LD16 motherboard. I was told that I had to have the same ddr3-1600 pc3-12800 but the CL could be different. Can I use the DDR3-2133 with the DDR3-1600?

Is there any noticeable difference between (ddr3-1600 pce-12800 1.5v) Cas Latency 7 and 11? I will working with 3d modeling and rendering out to movie files. Also video editing. I have the CL7 but didn't want to spend more money if I could help it.
