    Had to RMA the card. I bought a 1060 as a temporary replacement until my old card comes back. Same drivers and stuff, everything works perfectly now.

    Thanks for the reply. I have 3 super old ones that are 20 pins that I know work but my board is 24. RMA is probably going to be my last thing to do after I've exghausted my other options. Although at this point I think I'm going to have to test in another rig. Any other ideas?

    Thanks for the insight. Yeah if the caps are dead then there is no use trying any further. It's a shame honestly. I was really hoping I'd be able to resurrect something this old but I guess not. Again, I appreciate all the info, I've learned a lot from this!

    This is the PSU im using for the mobo: https://www.amazon.com/Power-PS-450W-450W-Switching-Supply/dp/B00N37AFS4/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 Swapping the cmos battery did not change the result. Is there anything else I can test before checking the cpu? I'm guessing I'll have to clean off...

    Thanks for the detailed outline. I'll see what I can do. In fact the PSU I'm using to test this Mobo and my secondary is the one that was used with this Mobo back in the old case. I actually have 2 old psus that I tested and they both work surprisingly after all this time.

    Hello all, I happened to find an old motherboard which was used in a computer that used a box monitor. I remember playing hot wheels world race cd game on it when I was a kid.
