Windows 10 1803 Intel i5 6402p 12gb DDR4 MSI GTX 960 4GB Gaming H170 Pro MOBO I had a malware problem from an old Flash drive(I was moving files because internet was slow and I couldn't download) Clean Install using Unigine Heaven and Roblox to benchmark FPS and it goes from 120 to 60 to 120...

HELP! Windows Reset

Used recovery to reset my PC. GPU is fully updated and all other drivers too. I get 60 FPS then it drops to 20 then back to 60. I've tried numerous games and the result is the same. Before the reset games ran fine. I've installed drivers and nothing is working.
