Right now I have a Intel Core Q6600 @2.40GHz paired with a r7 370 and I am looking to upgrade both for the cheapest amount possible (No budget just the cheapest) I am looking to run csgo around 130 - 150 fps and my build right now can't do that... Any suggestions?

I have just recently checked and the temps were over 100c hitting about 110c.. The fan seems to be running fine. What could be the issue and fix?!?!

Yeah on 4:3 the fps will be around 130+ (1280x960) on 4:3 bars the fps drops about 40 fps (1024x768) If I was to switch back to (1280x960) my fps would increase again..
