How can I wipe my HDD? Are there any tools I could use, or are there any inbuilt Windows10 ways?

I've recently gotten some parts delivered for an upgrade to my PC. My question is: How can I install Windows 10 on my SSD, and wipe my HDD so there are no remains of the old Windows files??

I'm going to upgrade my Windows 10 PC from 8GB of RAM to 32GB (16GB x 2) of RAM. I'm wondering, do I have to reinstall Windows 10 after I upgraded it? Or will it run just fine?

I have a Gigabyte G41-M Combo Motherboard with Integrated Graphics and I am wondering how do I overwrite that with a new graphics card?

Inbetween gaming and officework. Like mainly just one that supports OpenGL and a little bit of gaming.

The processor is the Intel Pentium E6500

Well I'm new to this but I DO KNOW STUFF SO If you want to get a display you have to know what motherboard you have that can support For example, my motherboard has a VGA Display port so I have a VGA monitor.
