I tried booting without a ram and it won't even finish the memory error beep sequence. Same goes without the gpu and drives. It's like flickering interrupting the beeps. I'll still recheck and list the ram though as you suggested, thanks a lot!

Hi, thanks for the response! I've edited the post accordingly. I can sometimes go into BIOS but it just randomly enters into the loop shortly after so I can't really do anything within it.
