today sonic radar turned itself on. i have never installed it before to my knowledge but here it is. it doesnt show up in my apps and i cant see a process to kill even. im on a z390 e gaming. what can i try?
im still getting terrible screen tears with vsync on most if not all games. ive tried turning on vsync in the nvidia control panel but doesnt seem to help.
