I have an Aspire V 14 Touch Windows 10. Recently, as I tried to open it, it prompted "Scanning and Repairing drive C:". It took a little while to finish but it did. After that, the usual loading logo of Acer comes on but then after that it prompted some sort of actions stating "Phase 0 Watch...
