Lucky I had a backup but when you install the update it deletes all desktop folders uninstalls all programs from desktop and it deletes all user folders and files how to stop this>?

Im running the be quiet 150w tdp cpu cooler with a single fan configuration atm considering purchasing an additional fan. What temp diffrence can I reasonably expect by adding in another fan.

Nope you need a small factor.

If your cpu runs at 85 with xmp ram profile. Go to windows power management and put maximum cpu to %99 instead of 100 and it drops by 15 degreese

Realistically is it as easy as it looks. Or are the videos online just edited to make it look that easy and are there any long term effects on the cpu using glue on the corners ect.

Thanks for the help people I learned a lot from this. I am going to look into the AIO suggested and also other AIO in the similar range. Then im going to compare the AIO to AIR coolers presented here and make a choice of what to go for. Also everyone had great awnsers but I could only chose one.
