Just checked again right now and no they did not. They are located just above the RAM.

First timer here with a new build so I apologize in advance for any rookie mistakes. Everything appears to be assembled correctly. When I turn on the PSU switch on the back, Asus MOBO logo power indicator lights up, but nothing else happens. The fans won't power up. No signal to the monitor...
