As I said in the post, the BIOS update didn't help on the earlier motherboard, so I think it won't help. I don't have any other USB devices than my mouse and my keyboard, no USB hubs. It also doesn't matter if the USB device is in an USB 2.0 or 3.0 port.

I've checked every place in the device manager and power save settings, no problem there.
