OK. It hasn't happened for a few days now, I think I fixed it by going to borderless window, who knew? Guess I'm going to cancel my RMA soon, that's going to be awkward.

Okay. Officially 'unfixed', it came back after I rebooted.

I think it is fixed. I changed the settings around a bit and it seems to have stopped. Something must've caused it, no idea what. Wish I could say what fixed it, but I don't know.

I'll cut to the chase. I started playing Civ5 again a few days ago and noticed that in the loading screen and sometimes in the main menu the entire screen would stutter/flicker wildly up and down until I alt-tabbed out which would fix it. I didn't think much of it, other than it must be a Civ...
