If you all asking me why the old dual xeon in my list cause they are cheap. under 300 i can get it with 48gb ram,
but i'm wandering is it also worth the price...
Nope, i'm not intel fanboy.
list the easier here from your advice
Ryzen 2600 here cost about $215
and for the mobo msi b450m $145
and ram ddr4 16gb 2400hz would cost $135 (32gb about $250)
i'm okay with that, or should i wait for new gen to arrive so the price will drop a bit? (i'tt will...
sadly in my country pc parts price is unstable, even 750 ti is $71 here but strangely 760 is $68 (lol)
electricity bill is also, well, yeah, ehem... (maybe thats the reason 760 cheaper here)
mind if i ask you why the dual xeon is not mentioned in your answer?
thanks for answering my post again, you are really huge help.
i think i'll toss 750 ti to it, and some very light gaming for my brother.
so that he can also learn about pc.
Once again,
Thank you very much.
how about render performance from i5 8400 vs i7 4790k? (in my country the have same price but mobo z370 is 1,5 price mobo z97, and ddr4 2x8gb here almost same with 3x8gb ddr3+$5)

I have c2q q9550, using ga p45 plus 4x2gb ddr2 total 8gb ram.
i only use it for microsoft office use.
i can ask 750ti 4gb for free from my uncle shop.
the question is that still worth for gaming 768p 60fps @High setting?
because i will give the rig to my younger brother (14yo).
maybe i can grab...
Right now i am thinking to upgrade my rig intel q9550
i think i'll take 1060 6gb, and monitor 1080p from my friend so here the other component i am considering to take the rest of spec would probably like this,
first choice would probably cost $450
i7 4790k
z97
16/ 32gb(cost not included)...
