WD Passport HD. No power source

Enclosure? None. USB HD. Self-contained. draws power from the Addonics I guess. I have a USB hub, but it has no power source. Addonics plugged in with no devices attached - Power and Source are solid bright some color.

Oops. One of them is just labeled "Recovery." How can I tell if it's an image, and if not, what are my options?

The partition is labeled "recovery image." Once I've wiped the C: drive, how do I restore windows from the recovery image?
