Review SK Hynix Gold P31 M.2 NVMe SSD Review: High-performance, Unprecedented Efficiency

What I would like to know is are they comparing it to the ADATA SX8200 Pro that was provided as an early reviewer sample or the lower spec version actually being sold retail?

Review SK Hynix Gold P31 M.2 NVMe SSD Review: High-performance, Unprecedented Efficiency

Who cares if it has a green PCB? I put it in my laptop, put the bottom back on and it is not visible. The desktop another is going in has no glass panel. It could have a hot pink PCB or baby poo yellow PCB and I would not care, the efficiency and performance is all that matters.

News Microsoft Quietly Released Its Own Linux Distro

Released under the MIT license. The MIT license is not quite compatible with the GPL license which Linux is released under. You can relicense MIT licensed software under a GPL license, but you cannot relicense GPL licensed software with the MIT license.

Question I'm searching for laptop with 4 HDD bays and RAID capabilities ?

It might be better to build or have built for you something in a LAN party PC case instead, it would be portable and have enough drive bays but it would not be a laptop. Otherwise it will be a custom build or nearly so and cost will accordingly.

Question Trying to revive old computer from 2005 but won't install or boot from /SDB (IDE hdd)

I will suggest MX Linux Xfce version as a distro for this old hardware, Lubuntu is not nearly as light as it was in the past. If it struggles with that, then try it with the included Fluxbox or try the related antiX distro.

[SOLVED] Switching from Windows 10 to Linux... but which distro ?

Going to agree with those who have suggested MX Linux (or for really old computers the related antiX). Also going to second a Noctua cooler, old stuff is slow enough without it thermal throttling all the time while you are just doing normal things.

News Get $320 off the 1TB SanDisk Extreme Pro Internal SSD — the Best Storage Deal of the Day

For $5 more I can get a 1tb SK Hynix Gold P31 which is faster (read 3500mbps, write 3400mbps). That is regular price not sale price. Oh, and it is actually able to be shipped to where I live. So yeah, not really impressed.
