That's a lot of money to spend on a laptop that doesn't have a gsync screen. When will OEMs catch up?

From what I can tell, it's the mobile equivalent to the r7 250. 2gb of gddr3 and 512 shader units. I am considering this Asus A555 as well. Will either buy it or the new Lenovo y700 gaming laptop from Bestbuy with the fx8800p plus the R9 m380.
