i5 2500k Overclocking heat problems and fluctating Core speed

Hey all, It's the first time i tried to OC my I5 2500k last night, and it didn't go quite well as planned. I want to OC my i5 2500k to 4.5Ghz. During Prime95 tests my CPU max temps where around 80 degrees, and my RAM where around 89 degrees! I've set the multiplier on 45 and Vcore on 1.36V...

ASrock p67 Extreme 4 BIOS update for Windows 10
