I tested it with a completely different system that has a 700w also. Nothing happened.

The psu is still working right now. Ive tested it with 2 other cards. Do you mean the psu killed the gpu?

My pc won't boot with that card in cause my cpu doesn't have integrated graphics. My gpu and cpu weren't above 75C. The cpu is locked and I wasn't over clocking anything

i was using the latest drivers but was getting constant black screens so I went back to the older patch iirc released on the 29th.
